The founder of 1stField Properties in 2003, Denise was the very heart and soul of the company. She spent over 35 years within the property industry and built up two successful businesses within this time. Denise will always be remembered not just by us but by our loyal clients and local community. 

Aimee Palmer - Branch Manager

Aimee has been with 1stfield Properties since 2007 starting as a trainee lettings negotiator, over the years she worked her way up the ranks and became Denise's right hand women. Aimee has a passion for property and enjoys working alongside and building relationships with all clients, at the weekend she enjoys walking her dog Charlie and spending time with her nieces and nephews

Lisa Thursfield -Owner/Managing Director

Lisa has now taken over the reins of the business following 20 years within the industry. Lisa has a passion for property and people and it really shows with her dedication to the company, It must run in the family! In her spare time Lisa enjoys holidaying abroad, spending time with her family and walks with her dog, Buster.
